The Agency was awarded the 4th place among the five sector institutions that performed the best in the year

The Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency was awarded the 4th place among the 5 sector institutions that performed the best in the Addis Ababa City Administration Institutional Performance Assessment in 2017.

The Director General of the Agency, Ato Yosef Nigusse, received the recognition and special award from the Mayor of Addis Ababa, Ms. Adanech Abebe.

It is worth noting that the Agency was awarded the 5th place in the assessment conducted in 2016.

You are grateful to the leaders and employees from the headquarters to the district offices who have worked hard for this result. Our residents deserve better service and we are expected to continue what we have started and work hard to improve our remaining gaps and build a better institution.
